Smart Hotel Central Milan

The hotel's proximity to the central station is a major advantage. It is super close to the main train station, just a 25-second walk away. This makes it convenient for travelers to access the city's attractions with metro access from the station.

One negative aspect is the poor noise insulation in the hotel. Some guests have reported being disturbed by the sound of furniture being moved by the cleaning personnel early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was in an ideal location, just a short walk from the train station and busses to the airport. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and also catch our flights. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The bed in our room was super comfortable, great to get a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

The bathroom in our room was a bit small and cramped. Maneuvering around was a bit difficult, but it served its purpose.

We had a great stay here. The location was very convenient - right across from the city’s central station. There was even a Metro station here too. The staff were very friendly and responded quickly to any requests we had. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was great to have the option of room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. The airport shuttle service was also available for a fee.

Very clean, great location near Central Station and bus stop from airports, excellent nearby restaurants, delicious breakfast, helpful staff.

Convenient place to stay when sightseeing: The Smart Hotel Milano Central is the perfect location for exploring the city. It's just a 5-minute walk from the main train station and only a few meters from the metro station, making it convenient for getting around.

The lighting in our room was not great, but since we were planning on spending most of the day sightseeing, it wasn't a major issue.

I was impressed with the modern and simple decoration at the lobby. The hotel room provided compact but adequate space , made for a quiet atmosphere. the breakfast choices were great, and the quiet location just above the lobby made it even better. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was commendable, aside from the area under the bed. the hotel's central location provided easy access to various transportation options, such as being close to the metro station and within walking distance of the central train station. The staff, particularly the cleaning ladies and younger members, were polite and helpful.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Great location, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable bed, convenient transportation, quiet atmosphere.
